Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can't change The Install Base location

Hi ,

There is a IB which is at customers place and showing owner name also customer name as expected,

But the current location still showing the inventory and he is unable to update the location manually from inventory to customer location.

I can see that there no transactions struck in interface.

what else needs to check please suggest.
