OSN Invoice Inbound - Fusion Cloud - 19C ??

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

OSN Invoice Inbound - We moved to Version 19C -  Our Suppliers are sending the invoice in cXML format  to OSN.  But, we are unable to import those invoices, becasue, in 19C one-way HTTPS is removed.  How do i import the cXML from OSN, using Webservices ?
