An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided

Hi Team,

The issue is

Customer missing the Install base for the Serial number.

I ran the below query withe serial number

select * from csi_txn_errors   where serial_number='XXXXXX' and got the two rows with different error messages as below

1)  "An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided. Item ID: 12434534. Organization ID: 123. (SUBINV=H 23) (LOCATOR=689011)"

2) "You have Material Transaction_id (816336890) errored Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first. Instance validation failed   (instance_id=58253)"

I Can see the one more failed material transaction_id in the second error  (816336890)

I checked with Material Transaction_id (816336890) in Install base error processing form and find the error message  as below
