phantom init parms in ASM

Oracle 12.1.0.2 SE-2 with GI

Oracle Linux 6

Perpareing to implement hugepages on prod server.  Had no issue with its test counterpart, but here I find that AMM is enabled on the ASM instance. Several questions have come out of trying to clear it, but this is the first.

This first trial is on a VM under VBox on my desktop, so if I bust something I can just restore the entire VM.

When I tried to clear the AMM parameters, I was informed they did not exist:
