Extension / Custom Development for ECC

We are planing to move to R12.2.9 with 19c DB upgrade from our existing R12.1.3 . We are in discovery phase right now exploring the all capability of ECC in our environment.

we would like know if there is any option to create a new ECC dashboard from scratch based on custom table + Standard table?

What are extension scope we have for the seeded ECC dashboard ?

What is the sizing requirement of the RAM ? We have 3 node DB and 2 Node App tier with veritas shared appl_top , Current RAM size 128 GB in each app tier and 256 GB in each DB tier.
