Supplier scorecard - Error on Posting the evaluation results.

In supplier scorecard, we created evaluation using the scoring model. In scoring model we have included 'Not applicable' option. When the evaluators answer the evaluation they select the 'Not applicable' option if they don't want to select any other option. After the evaluation is completed by the evaluator, the results are to be posted by the user who created evaluation.

The user who created evaluation go to Manage evaluation tile and looks at the results. Once the result is verified user selects 'Post' in 'Manage and Post Results' page. We got the error message 'Every question should have at least one response that is not 'Not Applicable' before posting
