Unable to start instance 2 in a 2 node rac. Its asking for pfile

Hi Team

  I have 2 node rac with spfile registed in asm. I'm unable to start instance 2 and receive following error. Kindly help

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
