resilvering performance impact status (Very slow)

Hello, Exports!

I would like to ask the resilvering on ZFS Storage Appliance.

Condition :

1. Extremely low/poor resilvering speed: the resilvering proceed speed is very low (6.04MB/s, starting resilvering was passed 70hrs.)

2. ZFS is run with  ak/generic@2013.06.05.3.0,1-1.14

3. system uptime : 11:18pm  up 1559 day(s)

4. DATA profile: RAIDZ2

5. Used size :

(On 21/Sept)
