In attempting to set items in Mass Additions queue to POST, user getting APP-FND-00716 error

Hello,

Our business user in Fixed Assets is hitting an APP-FND-00716 error. The error is the same message as identified in Doc ID 1540087.1, but the cause in this document doesn't seem to be my case (no duplicates in the FA_Asset_Keywords table). Where else might I look as the culprit of this issue?

The error message begins with, "The combinations table for this flexfield contains more than one entry that matches the entered values...." What flexfield is this referring to?
