Siebel in Windows Docker container?

Is there any official Oracle support for the Siebel CRM in Windows docker containers? I have seen this https://github.com/OracleSiebel/ConfiguringSiebel/tree/master/Containerization/Docker repo but it looks like there is only linux containers.
