API connect to remote Web server in JDE 9.1

We are in JDE 9.1   The third party  company offers their own API to exchange data ( customer data, and other customer related data ) with my JDE 9.1 ( cURL POST data to the Third party Web server HTTPS and possible GET data from Third party Web server and run a Batch or whatever to update JDE ).  Because of that, I believe we also need to setup API in JDE for this purpose.   I have been doing research on this and like to get other option

AIS ( Application Integration Service ). 

Orchestrator

Internet of Thing

Business service

I found these product is really confuse.  It seem they can ALL do the same thing.  Orchestrator includes AIS ( maybe only 9.2 ??? ).
