Points Expiration Setup in Siebel Loyalty

Hello,

I would like to ask if there exists any "siebel-way" solution to set up the expiration process of all the points on the last day of each month in Siebel Loyalty?
I discovered the ways to set up points expiration date calculation by the period or fixed day, but it doesn't cover this case as I understand.
