Customer information configuration

Hello,

I want to make the addresses in the customer information while creating customer not mandatory, we want just the name and phone number to be mandatory and other information to be optional.

means customer can be created by entering name and phone number.

how can we configure that in xstore?

I am attached screen shot of customer information and field that we require to be options.
