Comments on Approval monitor screen

Hi,

In our production environment, we cannot see the comments when we click on show comments. However, we can see them in our non-prod environment. User security is same in both the environments. Data is also recently refreshed and hence the approval configuration is same in both.

Can anyone please help what could be possible reasons for comments now showing up?
