R17024 - Doesn't Create Warranty Contract

Hi All,

I have problem about R17024 report. When i run the report, system creates equipment but doens't create warranty contract. When i check "P17212 - Create Base Warranty Contract" screen, i see rows below.

When i try to create b/W contract with row section, i can not and don't get error. I don't know why.

I have tried to check all the documents. Could you please help me?
