Data loading of 2.5GB txt

Hello,

I am in APEX 19.1.0.00.15. running in 12.2.0.1.0.

The use case is to import a file and make an application out of it.

The file is 2.5GB, is a txt. Expectation is to load such file daily.

I am using Data Loading page for this task, but the action never completes and am not promoted with

I am not hitting the 45 columns limit or other limits as documented here:

The file appears to be processed for couple of hours (the loading circle is visible on the screen) but then without other message am still on first page in the Data Loading wizard.
