Error while Adding Favourites in Siebel

Hi Team

I am creating a Favourite in product

Path : Administration->Product->Favourites

Applet 1 : I create a new Favourite

Applet 2 : Click Add Item and add any Root Product , click Add and ok

                 Product is added . Then i click in Customize and select any other child product , when i click done it return back to the favourite applet without adding any child product

I created log file which gives the following error . Pls Guide what is missing
