Update Service Request form

Why on the Update Service Request form in Oracle Service - when I add a ship to or bill to customer name (and there is only one account) does the account not automatically pull in?  I have to click in the account fields to pull in the account.  I would understand if there were multiple accounts - but if there is just one - why doesn't it pull in automatically like the incident address does on the update SR form?
