Looking for work around for open enrollment enhancement ( Updating B type to D type)
I'm looking for guidance on how others handle the issue of trying to change a Beneficiary to a Dependent using P085551/P052201 from the Self Service Director. This is a known enhancement request ( https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/BugDisplay?id=18113787). I'm a developer who's been asked by our HR department to customize this form to fix the issue. We in IT don't feel that the ROI for doing this customization is justified since this probably happens less than a handful of times during our open enrollment season. I'm wondering what others are doing or would recommend to get around this issue using the standard application functionality so that I can present some of these options to our HR analyst.
