Installation and setup instructions for Oracle APEX v19 and latest ORDS for an Oracle 19V database o

Does anyone have detailed instructions for Installation and setup for Oracle APEX v19 and latest ORDS for an Oracle 19 database on redhat Linux?  We are not using containers, PBS, or cloud.  We have a v19C database and want to evaluate APEX 19 and latest ORDS.  We do have weblogic since we have been using Oracle forms.  The documentation for APEX is more about containers, pluggables, and cloud and I didn't see instructions for just a 19C oracle database.  Thank you.
