Is Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2.190716 certified with Solaris 11.3.34.4.0 AND Solaris 11.4.8.5.0?

Just confirming the following...

The Oracle® Database Installation Guide  12c Release 1 (12.1) for Oracle Solaris states (from installation checklist) that it certified for Oracle Solaris 11.1 SRU 14.5 (Branch: 0.175.1.14.0.5.0) or later SRUs and updates

So just confirming that a customer

A) currently running Solaris 11.3.34.4.0  with Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2.180717  can update to July 2019 PSU   12.1.0.2.190716

then subsequently update to Solaris 11.4.8.5.0
