SBL-DCK-00164: Error connecting to datasource | Siebel Fat Client version 15

Hello all,

    I've installed Siebel Client (v 15) and getting an error in Siebel fat client when try to connect to 'Preprod'.

Error says:

The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect.

Please check the spelling and try again.

---------------------------

However, Siebel tools connects successfully to preprod.Can you please help me?

and below is configurations in siebel.log and scomm.cfg files

* siebel.log file:
