geopg validation getting failed due to Oracle data guard connection timeout

Hi Team,

I am getting an error while validating the cluster configuration please see the error below:

root@impdneulab2:~# geopg validate ora-odg-pg

Protection group "ora-odg-pg" validation failed for the following reason:

Oracle Data Guard Broker (dgmgrl sys/<password>@MECDB) did not complete a response to the command "show configuration; show configuration bystandersfollowrolechange;" within 15 seconds and was timed out.

But i am able to connect to database, i think connection to database is slow please see the below output:

oracle@impdneulab2$ dgmgrl sys/alcatel123
