Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How Payroll Journal Types T1, T2, T3 etc are directed to accounts

Hi,

I would like to know how the payroll documents types are created.

for example :

>>> all basic salaries are directed to T2 document types.

>>> Basic + Allowance + Deduction to T1 type

What is deciding this factor.

We know AAI set up directs teh amount to account, but i would like to know on what basis journal types are created.
