Best Method to Determine Table Changes Included in an Upgrade?

We are currently using EBS 12.2.7.  We seem to run into table changes accidentally after an Upgrade.  Years ago we used to get a list of table changes that we part of an upgrade, family packs and RPCs.  Is this still around?  Is there something else used now?  Digging through the Tech Docs is way to cumbersome.  How do folks get this info now?
