Mandatory learning Process

Updated learner group used in mandatory learning. System is config to run the LM_ML_ENRL process twice a day, The updated learner group does not enroll new learners added to the learner group. Has anyone else used this functionality with a auto run on the process? Did the system pick up the new learners and enroll them?  thanks
