ASI error for TL upgrade 9203 to 9234

Hi Experts,

I'm facing issue while applying the ASI TL9230001_20_99 in CV920 environment. ASI stuck at below steps while creating F00165 table.

B9800200 - Create F00165 in Control Tables data sources if it doesn't exist

I don't see any errors in jde.log for this issue , so not sure what is the reason behind this.

Please help on this if possible.
