Fluid Tile for asset transfers and retire requests

Image 31, Bug ID 28943569 Added a Fluid tile so that Asset Coordinators and Asset Managers can submit custodial asset transfers and asset retire requests for approval and further processing.

How do I find that tile and is anyone using it?
