Expense Report escalation AWE inconsistent reminders
We are having the same issue on both
Voucher Escalation & Expense Report escalation
Approval Framework (AWE) with Notification and
Escalation (NEM) processing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issues with the NEM process. For Voucher
Escalation & Expense Report escalation, there are issues with inconsistent
notifications not being properly sent.
1st reminder is being sent as expected in 4 days.
2nd reminder is sent sometimes 2 days and sometimes different. It not consistent.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is as follows;
Approver gets initial Approval Email
Approver gets 1st reminder email after 4 days
Approver gets 2nd reminder email after 4 days….and so…
