Just an OCD observation on certification documentation

I am starting the study and prep to upgrade from 12.1.0.2 SE2 to either 18c or 19c (still under consideration), and I notice something interesting about determining certified platforms.  When checking the certifications on MOS (Certifications -> Certification Search) it only specifies an OS to its major release level: Oracle Linux 6, Oracle Linux 7.  But reading the installation guides, it gets very specific, giving OS to minor release level (ie: 6.4, 6.6, etc) and specific kernels.  And to add to the interest there, I see that at least in some cases, there are gaps in the minor releases.
