Oracle SOA 12.2.1.3 Quickstart - Cannot see Technology Adapters

I have installed Oracle SOA 12.2.1.3 Quickstart using JDK 1.8.0_211 64 bit on Mac OS X 10.14.6

The install completes successfully.

I can launch Jdeveloper without any issues.

However, while developing a OSB project, I CANNOT see any Adapters (File, FTP, EBS, AQ...) in the components.

I can only see Nodes, Route, Communication, Flow Control, Message Processing and Reporting Components. Technology / Application / Cloud Adapters ARE NOT VISIBLE.

I CAN see the Application / Cloud Adapters in a SOA Project with a Empty Composite.

How can I fix this ? I need to see Technology / Application / Cloud Adapters in OSB projects in Jdev 12.2.1.3
