Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Complex PO - Retainage Tiers

Hi, I am keen to understand if retainage tiers can be created in Complex PO's

We are on 12.1.3, have Oracle Services Procurement Enabled and have a requirement with construction contracts to hold retainage in tiers,

Using line type of "Fixed Price Services", we can set the maximum retainage amount of $200,000, but only able to select one retainage rate.

I am keen to understand how others in the Construction industry have implemented this with tiers?
