Can't run diagcollect

I was trying to run diagcollect with ahf. It says it must be run as oracle. When I try running as oracle, it says installed as root please execute as root. I saw the thread saying to use tfactl instead and when I tried that it says: User oracle does not have keys to run TFA. Please check with TFA Admin(root)

I'm trying to run tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbperf
