temporary credit limit

Hello All,

Is it possible to set a temporary credit limit for a customer?

For example :
Customer A has a default credit limit for $1000

In a period time (let's say only on September - October 2019) the credit limit will increase to $1500.

Is it possible in JDE if in the 1st of November 2019 the credit limit will decrease to $1000 automatically?

Or is there any suggestion workaround for this?

What is the function of "Recall for Review Date" in customer master?

I need an advice since this was asked by our President Director.
