Re-buildable item Allocation not cancelled after issuing rebuildable serial number

Dear Srini and Arun,

Please note  we have created work order for Crane which is an capital asset

and we entered Re-buildable item on work order (Which has multiple serial number's associated with that ) re-buildable item got allocated on work order with 1 quantity

But we are issuing re-buildable serial number to the work order ,hence allocation of the re buildable item not released

is this an intent functionality

Please advice
