Regarding HDR of SBC

As for HDR Guidelines, I am aware that we can configure it to SBC to push HDR to any push receiver. My question is regarding the content of HDR, particularly its timestamp.

Can we allow the SBC to ONLY gather information with a particular time format (increment and divisible by 5)?

e.g. When we convert the timestamp to human-readable date & time, the pattern must be (say it starts collecting at around 4:00 or anything that is divisible by 5): 4:00, 4:05, 4:10, 4:15....and so on.

Our client's application can't parse the HDR with a timestamp format of 4:06, 4:11, 4:16; 4:07, 4:12, 4:17; 4:08, 4:13, 4:18; and 4:19, 4:24, 4:29. Only those timestamp that has an increment & divisible by 5.
