EBS - restricting version of mobile app available to users

Folks,

Does anyone know of a way to restrict connections from EBS mobile apps to specific versions of the mobile apps? For example if a new version of Mobile Expenses was released, would it be possible to only allow that version of the mobile app to connect to EBS, i.e. to force the users to always use the latest version of the app?
