FALSE POSITIVE for email for FW: Alert - please confirm deletion of Customer files (prod) 2019-09

Hi

I have been sent a email alert ( FW: Alert - please confirm deletion of Customer files (prod) 2019-09-30 )   

for a file that is an INTERNAL file ( MES_APIs.sql ) that  is API sample code to load Process Instructions, or with code for migrate process instructions from a instance to another.

It is a false  positive -

  Why is this file restricted   ? 

This happens a lot !!
