Self-Service Name Changes not processing correctly - Will not complete due to unknown required field
We have had this issue for several months with Self-Service Name Changes. The user is able to enter the request successfully. The approver is able to approve it. When the request goes to the final stage of ADMIN REQ, the user who processes this is receiving an error. When this user selects any of the available choices (Approve with auto update, Approve with manual update, or Deny), they see a popup message about a required field that no one can seem to find.
Field is Required: HCR_UPDNAME_DVW - SEQ_NBR (124,64)
We are using a custom approval process with 1 approver. But the error occurs even when we use a delivered process. There is an SR out there for this but no one can seem to find the problem. We don't even see it on a trace where we expect.
