Is there a way to customize Autoconfig so it does'nt change sqlplus file permissions

Hi,

Whenever we run Autoconfing in our test or production systems it changes the sqlplus permissions. We then manually have to change them back for our use.

Is there a way to customize Autoconfig so it does'nt change sqlplus file permissions we are on EBS 12.1.3.
