PS Recruiting - Screening Questions and Substitution Clauses
In search of a PS Recruiting expert. We are in the process of implementing PS Recruiting and hit a snag with screening questions. The way our current recruiting application (which we're leaving) works -- the candidate sees a job posting listing minimum qualifications. They're typically listed as: 1) Education and Experience. or 2) Substitution of Education for Experience. or 3.) Substitution of Experience for Education. When they begin applying, they answer a series of questions. One of which is, "Do you meet the minimum qualifications?" If the candidate answers "No", they are knocked out of the running. If they answer "yes", they answer several other questions
