Email Output blank for Bursting Excel template

Hi,

I have requirement to develop a  report using template type as 'Excel' and output type 'Excel'.

i prepared the excel template and bursting file and required files and tested the report  , normal report print the excel output as expected but in using bursting same excel output showing as blank in email.

I am using Oracle Apps application version 12.2.6

I read few blogs there must be issue for lower version below 12.2 but i am using latest version.

I shared bursting control file code .Could you please help me how to resolve this issue .
