Work order Creation

Dear Srini and Arun,

we are trying to create work order for an asset where in already there is an open work order and we are facing the below error though OAF page,But in Jave Page system is allowing us create work order version(12.2.7)

But in 12.2.4 we used to create wok order for the same asset when there is an open work order's

is this an Enhancement or any set up to control the same ,Please advice
