VSS-00048: failed to put the datafile into backup mode when using container and pluggable db

Hello,

we are using "Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19" under Windows 2019 Server (Hyper-V VM).

When trying to backup the entire OS via windows server backup, the OracleVSS writer is triggered.

OracleVSS writer tries to set the tablespaces into backup-mode.

Unfortunately this fails for the tablespaces within the pluggable DB.

An activated trace shows:
