EBS OAM(OID) integration issue

Hello,

We have a problem in our environment, which is an EBS Release 12.1 With Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 (11.1.2),:

After creating a user in the OAM, the user will be created on the EBS successfully, but when updating the "person" field on the "user define" form for the newly created user, an error will occur, this error is shown bellow:

ORA-20001: Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason:
An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system Administrator. (USER_NAME=XXXX). (USER_NAME=XXXX)
