JDE 9.2 migration from AWS to OCI

Hi community,

I have a 9.2 installation which I want to migrate from AWS to OCI. I'm having a hard time to figure out a plan to do it.

Looking around in MOS and google it seems the best approach is to create a brand new installation on OCI and then migrate the prod environment from AWS to OCI. (Question #1) Does anybody have a better or more efficient way to do it?

If you agree the above is a reasonable approach, I have several questions on how to do it.
