Call a custom function in Fusion Pricing

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Hi,

If we have to call a custom function in fusion pricing , how can we do that? We have a requirement to get price of an item from the Ship To site on order, if for the item and ship to site pricelist doesn't have a record, it should get the price from the sold to party. Any pointers how this can be achieved?
