Submitting Overtime Rule Set for execution

in Time Card Automation:

I have always thought that when submitting an Overtime Rule Set for execution, the result of the time card batch is always "Pending Approval" until someone either:

• APPROVE the batch (in which case the "Pending Approval" status in the time card is removed and the batch status becomes APPROVED) which enables to include them in a payroll cycle;
• or CANCEL the batch in which case time cards are restored to their original state.

I was informed today that apparently, an Overtime Rule Set could be submitted for execution and the time card batch being AUTOMATICALLY approved without the need for someone to right click on that batch and selecting the APPROVE function from the drop-down menu. I have never read anything like this in the Reference Manuals and I have not seen any processing option out there that when enabled would allow for automatically approving a time card batch updated following the submitting of an Overtime Rule Set.
