Error with On-line and Batch Packaging (Doc ID 2342182.1) - Any Updates??

Hello -

We are encountering the issue described in the Error with On-line and Batch Packaging (Doc ID 2342182.1) in regards to the online Validate button. The version has been confirmed to be correct and the issue isn't happening on all students. Does anyone have any additional ideas on what could be causing the error message when using the online Validate button?
