Tax update - 19C Garnishment rule for District of Columbia

Tax update - 19C  Garnishment rule for District of Columbia has been updated with new effective date. Can someone share the calculation formulas behind Disposable Earnings and Less Exemption field in the paycheck under Garnishment Tab. Currently we are seeing the calculations are happening incorrectly within the application.  Patch - 29906916
